RSMB Launches Customer data to TouchPoints Integration Service

RSMB has launched a new service for IPA TouchPoints subscribers. The service fuses customer data with IPA TouchPoints, providing an understanding of how customers engage with media across channels, helping clients identify the best channels and platforms for marketing messages.

The fused dataset can be used to understand the answer to questions like:

  • Which media channels are most effective for reaching my customers?
  • How do my customers' media habits change throughout the day?
  • Which social media platforms are most relevant for my audience?
  • Do my customers listen to podcasts, and which genres are most popular?
  • How does media consumption differ between existing and potential new customers?
